FDM can't open 3f653b

This er can't open every time I want to something from any browser. This problem started to happen yesterday when I want to something from my G-Drive in Microsoft Edge. At first, I thought its because my internet connection that is slow or my computer that already too hot after used it 24 hours, so the FDM has to take longer time to open. But after 1 hour waiting for it, the FDM doesn't open. I tried to restart te computer and reinstall the FDM, but that don't work. Can anyone help me with my problem here ???

I've the same problem. It's showed on taskbar but I can't see mais screen.
