Windows 7
Free Manager 3.9 Build 1249

When associated .torrent file with FDM
there are two "Open" in .torrent file's right-click menu.
The first one opens FDM
The second one opens that dialog window of unknown file-type of Windows.

and .torrent file have no icon.

Such bug seems not appear in Windows XP

Make sure:
- you have Control (UAC) turned on;
- you have unblocked registry access in your antivirus/internet security software;
- you haven't got another program associated with .torrent extension.
