minimize to tray after starting a 5z6a3s

If i something from within chrome by right clicking a link and selecting it to with FDM it brings up a dialog for FDM then when you click ok to it FDM remains in focus and is displayed on the taskbar. I would like only the dialog box to appear asking me to click ok/change the filename and when i click ok it disappears and remains only in the tray icon not on the taskbar.
