option to show only up to 1080p resolution videos to be able to 621l4b

If i right click on a youtube video's webpage and using FDM it shows the max resolution available as the default to . I would like to have an option to make the max default resolution 1080p. Here is a video that is 1440p: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNmWAItWcHM

Few people have monitors that can display 1440p or higher so a setting to change this would be helpful.
