If you are a translator too, then you should agree with me...

I do care of my job (no matter if this a partial time one). I enter here quite often to try to get things straight, to discover the ones who are lying in respect of the company WE ARE working for; so there is no shame whatsoever involved there.

I am defending two things: the facts (or true) and FDM. You as translator, should be doing the same... -although late- you are getting some money from them, they hired you, then you have an obedience and commitment duty.

This is another lie from FDM team, you get paid on a random basis, for example I received 2234 to translate, I delivered about 3000 and I got paid 1.33. When I complained they said that since some words appeared more than once, they are only paid once. For instance in six different sentences there is the word PROGRAM, they only pay once for that word.

This information isn't correct. Only repeated sentences are paid once. If the problem described above exists, please, [email protected]

Our minimum requirements are as follows: the translator should be a native Spanish speaker, he / she should understand software and be able to do quality translations of software related texts. Experience in translating IT and software related texts would be an advantage.
