"ERROR - OOPS" boxes in translations b336w

Is anyone having the same problem? There's an "error - oops" box showing either on the "reserve translation" or "programs to translate" tabbed pages, and I am unable to see either list. Earlier when I tried to keep on translating the box showed in the sentence being translated and when clicked it gave a long code text instead of what I had written inside.

I reported this as a bug but anyway I am asking here because I find it strange that nobody has reported this problem so I would like to know if other translators are facing the same issue.
