I just recorded to the forum, I have written 2 post and no one told me about a problem as simple as where FDM save the settings and that the portable version does not store the settings. FDM is a lot to work on, I thank you for our wonderful free program but I think you are wasting precious energy to a project that appeals only to you

Missing features from previous versions

- How do I add a mirror?
- How do I force add/remove section?
- No complete notification in lower right corner?
- No FlashGot integration (was easy enough for me to manually add it though in the FlashGot settings)
- Can't restart s once complete?
- No mouse-over information when mousing over tray icon
- No hash verification function ( Yes, I used this! )
- No help file or mouse-over tooltips on items in the settings configuration


Other suggestions

- No way to disable thumbnail preview?
- No ability to set speed per ? ( I use netlimiter for this, but it would be great to be built in)
- "Move to" button - add option to enter folder using text box rather than using horrible "browse for folder" UI (like this https://help.stoamigo.com/wp-content/up ... Folder.png )
- Virus scan doesn't have default for latest Kaspersky Anti-virus, should be an entry for "avp.exe" or avp.com" ( https://.kaspersky.com/7321 )
- Would be nice if you could set the font to a smaller size for the list window

Not useful to me in it's current state, needs quite a few more features from the previous version before I consider using it over the 3.9 version.

Checked out the new beta released yesterday.
I dont like the main GUI opening for s. A progress window would be better after you hit .
Remove all completed s option would be good on the top toolbar of the GUI.

And is there any prob or bug with the yesterdays release?
My net is 4mbps broadband.
FDM 3 gives me around 500kbps speed
Previous version of FDM 5 beta gave around 500kbps - 1MBPS or more sometimes.
The version/update release yesterday doesn't give me more than 200kbps speed? Default FDM 5 settings. Also checked speed was set to High/Unlimited.

As much as I like the new interface, there are some features from FDM 3 that I'd like to have in FDM 5:
1. Batch
2. Site Manager (to control the sections given to each site)
3. Site Explorer
4. Scheduler (a proper one, where you can put a lot of schedules in it)
5. File integrity checker

Good afternoon everyone. Has set itself the sixth version of the program. As always living the problem with adding magnet links. The program cannot get the list of files from magnet.
In addition lack the very classic functions of the program: scheduler, prohibition sleep mode while ing the file, auto-delete completed s from the list.

Tried 5.1 2300 build and noticed very high disk usage during . This affects the speed a lot.
Please check this.

Well 5.1 looks better than previous 5.X releases.

But settings menus has been suppressed even further? Why is that? No options as to what should be done when an identical file is being ed. Not possible to disable seeding before torrent has finished.

I get the streamlining and WIP excuses when going from 3.1.7 to 5 preview but killing working features of previous version 5 previews, that's just stupid.
